MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for more than 2 clinical departments or programs with greater than 150 FTE''s including Nurse Managers and Assistant Nurse Managers
  • Responsible for Organizational and or Nursing strategic plan development and execution
  • Responsible for developing, monitoring, and adherence to annual operations and capital budgets for multiple units or - departments
  • Oversight and or Management of interdisciplinary projects and initiatives to meet strategic initiatives and goals
  • Responsible for organizational clinical education and professional development across a number of disciplines and manages all clinical affiliations for Nursing
  • Responsible for Patient experience, quality, regulatory and safety oversight over multiple departments

  • CT RN License
  • ANCC acknowledged Nurse executive certification - preferred
