Lattice Overview Lattice is a worldwide community of engineers, designers, and manufacturing operations specialists partnering with sales, marketing, and support teams to develop programmable logic solutions.Responsibilities & Skills Senior Director of Analog IC DesignThe Senior Director of Analog IC Design is responsible for guiding and developing a team of analog IC designers to drive innovation, create differentiated solutions, and ensure robust execution for all analog, mixed‑signal circuits in our product portfolio. The successful candidate will provide hands‑on leadership to drive robust analog/mixed‑signal designs from concept to volume production.Drive an innovative analog/mixed‑signal roadmap aligned with business objectivesLead architecture, circuit design, and verification of analog/mixed‑signal blocks, and their integration into large, complex digital chipsLead post‑silicon measurements, characterization, and debug of analog blocksCollaborate with cross‑functional teams across geographies and time zones (e.g. digital design, verification, product engineering, marketing, and applications)Lead and mentor a team of analog engineersQualifications BS, MS, and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fieldsMultiple years of experience in analog/mixed‑signal circuit design (e.g., BSEE, 17+ years; MS, 15+ years; PhD, 12+ years) with at least 4 years in a leadership roleProven design experience in most of the following analog/mixed‑signal circuits: SerDes receivers/transmitters, low‑jitter PLLs, oscillators, phase interpolators, ADC/DAC, high‑speed clock distribution, bandgap/bias, and voltage regulatorsIn‑depth knowledge of transistor mismatch, linearity, stability, low‑power and low‑noise techniquesExperience designing circuits in advanced FinFET technologiesProficient in AMS design flows, tools, and methodologies such as Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, layout, and analog behavioral modelingLead and mentor a team of analog designers across geographies, including performance managementDetail‑oriented with strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team environmentDefine and drive best practices/methodology for designBenefits Benefits: The base pay for this role is between $224,000 to $280,000 per year.
