Picture Yourself at Pega:


You will be responsible for fostering best practices and driving digital excellence among UX, IT and business decision-makers.


+ ​You will transform design concepts and mockups into production-ready digital experiences using Drupal CMS, Pega’s Design System, and React components. Build prototypes, ensure brand compliance, and deliver scalable experiences using modern agentic engineering tools and methodologies.

+ Promote digital excellence and educate cross-functional digital teams on best practices for agentic engineering.

+ Support development of digital pattern library with UX team, digital style guide with brand team, and digital templates for site development work with content publishing team.

+ Ensure that Digital project outcomes meet visual design guidelines and high-quality standards.


What You'll Do at Pega:


Collaborating with cross-functional Digital and UX teams.


+ Drive development of flagship digital experiences on Pega.com and act as the technical bridge between Digital Marketing and IT/DEV.

+ Translate business requirements into technical tickets, participate in sprint planning, UAT, and align stakeholders across teams.

+ Work with Digital Strategy and Design/UX owners to concept and envision world-class digital experiences on pega.com.

+ Ensure that digital solutions are aligned with brand and visual design guidelines.

+ Ensure assignments are delivered on time, in scope and meet key needs of the company and executive stakeholders.

+ Establish collaborative relationships with strategists, developers, marketing team leaders, creative and business stakeholders without compromising ability to strongly advocate in defense of strategic and user-centric design experiences.


Who You Are:


+ Preffered experience with corporate digital design systems

+ 3-5 years of experience working with SEO and analytics tools familiarity

+ Prior experience working with B2B corporate website experience

+ Strong interest in embracing AI and leveraging LLMs/Agents


What You've Accomplished:


+ Strong experience with Drupal or enterprise CMS platforms

+ Strong understanding of HTML and CSS. JavaScript skills - specifically React - are a plus

+ Experience with Figma/Figma Make, Claude Code/Design, or other AI-assisted design and coding tools

+ Experience working with developers in agile environments

+ Strong understanding of UX, SEO, Digital Marketing, and user-centric digital design practice and principles

+ Experience scaling reusable components and frameworks

+ Demonstrated experience building, managing and growing relationships with technical web development teams

+ Strong oral communication and presentation skills

Additional Information


Base salary range for this role is 84,200 - 125,800 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.


The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
