Senior Digital Marketing Manager Albemarle is looking for a Sr Digital Marketing Manager to drive data‑driven digital and CRM programs across global B2B markets. The role reports to the Marketing Activation Director and is responsible for defining strategy, generating insights, and influencing commercial outcomes. Hybrid, 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC.Key Responsibilities CRM, Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Ownership : Define strategy, lead CRM and marketing automation, align journeys to business priorities, optimize end‑to‑end journeys (Inquiry MQL SQL Opportunity), manage segmentation, lead scoring, data quality governance, oversee integrations (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator), and improve prospecting and pipeline quality.Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization : Translate strategy into multi‑channel campaigns, enforce architecture standards, lead email marketing, run A/B testing and personalization, and continuously improve performance.Attribution, Analytics & ROI Measurement : Create multi‑touch attribution, build dashboards and KPI frameworks, translate data into actionable insights, and drive optimization for conversion and ROI.Innovation & Continuous Optimization : Identify and implement new technologies (including AI), evaluate emerging tools, and champion continuous improvement across the organization.Cross‑Functional Leadership & Influence : Act as strategic advisor, align lead management and campaign strategy, drive governance, decision‑making, and enablement of CRM and marketing tech.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.5–8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with deep ownership of CRM and marketing automation.Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud (preferred).Expertise in segmentation, lead management, attribution, analytics and reporting.Strong ability to connect digital execution to pipeline and revenue outcomes.Highly organized, self‑starting, capable of managing multiple initiatives and influencing outcomes.Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Knowledge of email marketing compliance and consent management (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM).Preferred Qualifications Experience in global B2B organizations with long sales cycles and technical buying groups.Background in specialty chemicals, materials, manufacturing, or industrial markets.Experience supporting CRM governance, data quality initiatives, and marketing operations processes.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas) for campaign analysis.Benefits Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
