We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise digital marketing programs, primarily email. This role will lead data-driven campaigns and lifecycle initiatives that engage key audiences and deliver measurable impact.

As a marketing automation expert, you'll shape the roadmap, build and optimize campaigns and journeys, and continuously improve performance through testing and analytics. Partnering cross-functionally, you'll create seamless, multi-channel experiences that nurture, convert, and retain customers.

Youll partner closely with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, improve performance through testing and analytics, and help shape the future of our digital marketing strategy.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of email and customer journey campaigns
  • Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization efforts
  • Partner with marketing, creative, analytics, product, and compliance teams
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and support best practices
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand, compliance, and customer experience standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing operations and automation efficiencies

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4-6 years of digital marketing, marketing automation, or campaign management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaign results
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
  • Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members preferred
  • HTML/CSS and SQL knowledge are a plus
