Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Required Qualifications: 5+ years of professional C++ development experience. Strong understanding of object-oriented design and analysis. Proven experience writing clean, modular, maintainable, and testable code. Solid knowledge of design and architectural patterns. Hands on experience with debugging, profiling, and code optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with algorithms, data structures, and time complexity. Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, and Agile development practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Desirable Skills. Strong experience with Linux based systems. Working knowledge of SQL and databases. Experience with Python for tooling or automation. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP). Experience leveraging open-source libraries and tools.Summary:Senior C++ Developer to play a key role in developing Client Edge Control Server for our Building Management System (BMS) platform. In this role, you will design and build robust, high-performance applications, influence architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.Job Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to requirements analysis, design, and implementation. Design, build, and maintain efficient, secure, reusable, and high-quality C++ code. Drive performance optimization, debugging, and profiling. Identify architectural and design improvements and guide implementation. Ensure high standards for code quality, organization, and automation. Actively participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship. Collaborate across global teams and functions.
