Senior Developer - / AI Agentic Engineer

Role Purpose

• Design, build, and deploy advanced agentic AI systems
• Establish foundational frameworks and accelerators for future enterprise AI use cases
• Play a key role in shaping the organization's AI strategy

Education Requirements (Any One)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR
• 4 years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience

Minimum Required Experience

• 8 years of application development, systems testing, or related IT experience
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in:
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning
  • Generative AI–related development

Required Technical Skills

• Core Programming
  • Python (deep hands-on experience)
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
• AI / Agentic Technologies
  • Generative AI solution development (end-to-end: concept to production)
  • Agentic AI concepts: Reasoning, Planning, Tool usage, Autonomous systems

  • AI models: OpenAI, Claude (or equivalent)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding primarily in Python
• Design and optimize agentic AI systems
• Build AI agents using frameworks like LangChain
• Integrate AI agents with backend services
• Deploy solutions via CI/CD pipelines into cloud environments
• Research, evaluate, and test new agentic models and frameworks
• Monitor AI agent behavior in production
• Collaborate with:
  • Data scientists
  • Business stakeholders
• Refine requirements and ensure ethical AI deployment
