About the Role
Post Consumer Brands is seeking a Senior Designer to join our in-house Studio a collaborative creative group responsible for building, supporting and promoting our portfolio of iconic brands including Pebbles, Honey Bunches of Oats, Kibbles n Bits, and Nutrish. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on designer who excels at translating briefs into compelling, on-brand creative solutions across packaging and multiple marketing channels.
Youll partner closely with brand, media, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design that drives brand consistency, innovation, and impact in a fast-paced consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute design for CPG brand packaging, ensuring visual excellence, shelf impact, and brand alignment across diverse portfolios.
Translate creative briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, effective design solutions using strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Design for a variety of channels, including but not limited to:
Brand Packaging
Social media content
E-commerce assets
Sales and promotional materials (in-store, retail, shopper marketing, etc.)
Collaborate with brand managers, marketers, and other internal partners to ensure creative work supports strategic goals.
Art direct photoshoots for food and tabletop environments, both with our internal photo studio and with external partners.
Maintain and evolve brand standards while pushing creative innovation in a highly regulated CPG environment.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time.
Location: This role is based out of our Lakeville, MN office, with hybrid on site presence 3 days per week. #li-hybrid
