We are seeking an experienced <\/span>Senior Designer/Drafter<\/b> <\/span>to lead drafting efforts, develop detailed 2D and 3D design documentation, and collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to deliver high -quality, buildable solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, extensive CAD experience, and a background in fabricated structures and custom projects.

Leadership & Team Management<\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drafters across multiple projects.
  <\/li>
• Assign tasks, review work, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
  <\/li>
• Establish and maintain drafting standards, workflows, and best practices.
  <\/li>
• Provide guidance, feedback, and training to support team development.
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Drafting & Technical Oversight<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Oversee the creation of technical drawings and plans based on design specifications.
    <\/li>
  • Review and approve 2D drawings and 3D CAD models of components, assemblies, and environments.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure all drawing packages are accurate, complete, and fabrication -ready.
    <\/li>
  • Manage multiple fast -paced projects while maintaining priorities, milestones, and deadlines.
    <\/li>
  • Oversee generation of bills of materials (BOMs), assemblies, and engineering calculations.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Collaboration & Project Execution<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Work closely with engineers, designers, fabrication teams, and production personnel to translate concepts into buildable solutions.
      <\/li>
    • Lead drawing reviews, revisions, and redline updates throughout project lifecycles.
      <\/li>
    • Communicate design intent, technical constraints, and construction logic clearly across departments.
      <\/li>
    • Serve as a key liaison between design, engineering, and production teams.
      <\/li>
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and documentation standards.
      <\/li>
    • Support technical problem -solving during design, fabrication, and installation phases.
      <\/li>
    • Ensure alignment with fabrication capabilities, materials, and structural requirements.

      Additional Responsibilities<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Lift and move design - and technology -related equipment (up to 50 lbs.).
        <\/li>
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

        Requirements<\/h3>

        Required<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • 5+ years of professional drafting, design, or CAD experience.
          <\/li>
        • 3–5+ years of advanced 3D CAD modeling and design experience.
          <\/li>
        • Demonstrated experience leading drafting teams, projects, or technical personnel.
          <\/li>
        • Strong understanding of:
          <\/li>
        • Wood and sheet goods
          <\/li>
        • Metal components and weldments
          <\/li>
        • Fabricated structures and assemblies
          <\/li>
        • Large -scale metal structures, roof systems, overhangs, or architectural statement pieces
          <\/li>
        • Strong proficiency creating detailed 2D drawing sets and complex 3D models.
          <\/li>
        • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
          <\/li>
        • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast -paced environment
