Senior Design EngineerThe Senior Design Engineer will lead the development of complex electronic and optoelectronic products, working across multiple engineering domains including embedded systems, microelectronics, and thermal/mechanical integration. This role involves full ownership of the design process, from initial concept and feasibility through to validation, industrialisation, and production support, while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project management, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.Lead end-to-end design and development of advanced electronic and optoelectronic assemblies.Act as Subject Matter Expert in electronic and/or embedded system design.Conduct design risk assessments and define mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.Produce and maintain detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and design documentation.Partner with manufacturing to optimise production processes, testing, and product performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
