- Proven experience managing projects from bid submission through closeout
- Strong estimating and project management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Safety-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Experience with commercial demolition projects
- OSHA certification or related safety training
- Successfully bid and manage demolition projects from estimating through closeout
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project budgets
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage client communication throughout all phases of the project
- Track project costs, change orders, and job profitability
- Conduct site visits and support field operations as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Help drive operational efficiency and project success
