Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a rapidly growing international sports equipment manufacturer, to find a Senior Demand Planner. As the Sr Demand Planner, you will be responsible for partnering with various teams across the company to sharpen forecasts and ensure sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of applicable supply chain experience in US markets, a bachelor’s degree and a strong understanding of statistical forecasting methods.  If you’re seeking your next opportunity to join a growing team and company, apply now!


Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage detailed, monthly SKU-level demand plans by blending historical data, market trends, and regional insights.
  • Partner with Sourcing to transform demand forecasts into lean, actionable production schedules and sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product teams on assortment planning, providing data-backed "phase-in/phase-out" recommendations for every SKU.
  • Proactively spot supply chain disruptions, tariff shifts, or forecast variances and provide the executive team with actionable solutions.
  • Modernize our forecasting toolkit by implementing new methodologies that increase accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles
  • Experience in US and American markets, with knowledge of regional logistics, consumer behavior, and regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency in demand planning tools (SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, or Kinaxis) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, pivot tables, macros) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of statistical forecasting methods (e.g., moving averages, regression analysis).

Pay Range: Salary $120,000.00 to $130,000.00
