Motus is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated campaign strategy and execution in support of pipeline growth. Reporting to the VP of Demand, this role is responsible for the planning, orchestration, and performance of campaigns built to generate pipeline for the business.
This role focuses on translating key moments (pillar content, events, product launched) into cohesive, cross-channel campaigns that align Marketing, BDR, Sales Enablement, Partner, Customer, and Sales teams around shared pipeline goals. The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will serve as the connective tissue between teams ensuring campaigns are tightly integrated, well-timed, and optimized to drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate possesses a solid operational backbone and is a strategic campaign leader. They deeply understand B2B buyer journeys and enjoy building repeatable, scalable demand engines.
Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
