A bit about us:

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives, with a strong emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and machine learning systems. This role will partner cross-functionally with business and technical teams to build scalable data solutions, translate complex insights, and help shape AI-driven strategy.

This is a highly visible role requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on LLM-based solutions
  • Build and optimize data models and pipelines to support analytics and AI initiatives
  • Support AI development lifecycle, including model training, validation, and deployment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and scalability
  • Act as a thought partner to the business—bringing a solutions-oriented mindset to challenges
  • Own problems end-to-end, from concept through execution and iteration

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering); Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus, but not required
  • Strong experience in data science, AI, or machine learning
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (required)
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models
  • Experience supporting AI development and ML training workflows

Preferred Experience
  • Industry experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or fintech
  • Exposure to productionizing AI models in enterprise environments
  • Experience working with large-scale or complex datasets
