Senior Data Scientist

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics.
• Practical knowledge of UiPath for robotic process automation (RPA).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and ETL processes.
• Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Prior experience in automating business workflows and integrating RPA with data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable data models and pipelines using Python and Databricks.
  Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accuracy and reliability of datasets.
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems.
• Automate repetitive workflows and reporting processes using UiPath and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
• Visualize insights and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
