Description

Job Title: Senior Data Privacy Business Analyst (OneTrust / TPRM)
Work Location & Reporting Address: Richardson, TX 75082 (Onsite-Hybrid. Will consider candidates willing to relocate to client s location)

Must Have Skills:

OneTrust (Data Mapping, Classifications, PIA, TIA)
CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR
Experience in Data Privacy Compliance Audits

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in Data Privacy Framework
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA)

Detailed Job Description:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to support TPRM technology product planning and development.
Conduct business process mapping to analyze existing TPRM workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide solution design and engineering efforts.
Collaborate with cross?functional stakeholders to analyze, design, and recommend technology solutions addressing third?party risk challenges.
Support the end?to?end product lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and risk teams to ensure alignment with TPRM objectives and regulatory expectations.
Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and validation.
Assist in documenting workflows, data mappings, system configurations, and technical specifications related to TPRM platforms and products.
Support compliance, governance, and audit initiatives related to third?party risk management solutions.

Minimum Years of Experience:
8 years

Certifications Needed:
Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), IAPP certifications
