Senior Data Management Lead

Location: Hybrid - Durham, NC, USA (remote with regular on-site collaboration at our Durham office)

What Youll Do

  • Represent and coordinate Metronomia project teams as Project Manager and lead study projects in Clinical Data Management.
  • Represent Metronomia in project meetings with clients and study teams and, where appropriate, in other client-facing interactions (e.g., bid defense meetings).
  • Take an active role in the clinical data management of interventional and non-interventional studies - including eCRF/ePRO setup and validation, DMP development, data review and cleaning, and import of external data.
  • Design and deliver training for internal and external study teams in Clinical Data Management.
  • Support the ongoing development of our Clinical Data Management SOPs.

What You Bring

  • Relevant training or a degree, plus 6+ years of professional experience in Clinical Data Management within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
  • Solid knowledge of GxP-regulated clinical research, clinical data management processes, and CDISC standards.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
