CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Data Analyst position for our client. Location: Virginia Beach, VA Duration: 6 months Duties: Lead advanced data analysis across enterprise data warehouse and data mart environments Translate business requirements into technical and analytical specifications Perform data validation, reconciliation, and cross-source comparisons using Toad and SQL Develop and support analytics, metrics, and reporting solutions across multiple stakeholders Partner with business and technical teams in an Agile environment (JIRA/Confluence) Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across structured/unstructured data sources Support Informatica-based data integration and ETL workflows Document requirements, user stories, and technical artifacts Skills: Advanced SQL (Oracle preferred) and strong Excel expertise Data Warehouse / Data Mart concepts Toad (data comparison and validation) Informatica (ETL/code experience) Agile methodology; JIRA and Confluence Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Microsoft Word and Outlook proficiency Python (nice to have) Experience: 8+ years of Business/Data Analysis experience Experience working with multiple data sources in complex enterprise environments Proven background in data analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement Education: Bachelor's degree required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
