The Sr. Data Analyst - Business Growth Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the organization's growth priorities by gathering, analyzing, and translating complex market, physician, and financial data into actionable insights. This position supports the Referral Growth and Physician Strategies teams by identifying referral and service line growth opportunities, maintaining core data systems, creating performance dashboards, and simplifying analytic findings for decision-making. This individual manages multiple analytic platforms, ensures data integrity, develops standardized reporting, and partners closely with internal leaders and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely analyses that guide targeting, referral strategy, and business planning.

Education:

Essential:

• Bachelor's Degree

Experience Essential:

• Five Years

Essential:

• Preferably in business, healthcare administration, data analytics, or a related field.
