JOB DESCRIPTION
Watershed Security, is a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years’ Cybersecurity and Government Contracting experiencing. Watershed is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, VA.  Must have Six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow. This position is required to be designated as IAT III level with a DoD Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School or GED
  • Must have one of the following: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH
  • Six years of professional industry experience
  • Active DoD TS/SCI Eligible
  • Ability to work on-site in Dahlgren, VA
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Experience with help desk tools such as BMC’s Remedy or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PAY RANGE
Final salary is influenced by factors such as location, contract labor categories, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Watershed offers competitive compensation, medical and dental benefits, educational reimbursement, 401K plans with matching, 15 days of PTO to start and 11 paid holidays per year. The proposed salary range for this position is: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 USD.

Watershed Security was founded by Christopher Winter in July 2003 to focus on providing Cybersecurity solutions to the US Navy. In January 2008 Ronald Boustedt joined the company as CEO to expand our focus to be the premier Cyber Solutions Provider to the DoD and Federal Civilian markets. We have expanded our service offerings into other IT focus areas with MSC, continuing on to other Navy commands and then into the greater DoD and Federal Civilian sectors.
