Senior Customer Support Engineers must be proficient with installation, setup, training, and ongoing support of adhesive dispensing and sealant hardware and software products within automotive manufacturing customer environments (onsite and/or remote access). The Senior Customer Support Engineer is also responsible for bringing critical customer feedback to the application engineering, sales and marketing and product development teams to make improvements.
