Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise CRM solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, implementing scalable technical solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of application platforms and development practices.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain CRM applications and related integrations.

  • Analyze business and technical requirements and implement enhancements to support evolving needs.

  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and knowledge base articles.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and improve operational processes.

  • Participate in application support, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to established development standards, governance processes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of five years of software development experience.

  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms and customization using modern development tools and frameworks.

  • Strong experience with object-oriented programming languages and scripting technologies.

  • Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.

  • Experience with source control systems and version management practices.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms and related services.

  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications and integrations.
