LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Senior Credit Analyst position for a well-established global organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial credit analysis, financial statement review, underwriting, risk assessment, and relationship management with customers and business partners. This is a high visibility role that offers the chance to directly impact business growth along with personal career advancement potential.

Job duties include:

  • Analyze commercial credit applications and financing requests.

  • Review and interpret financial statements, tax returns, and related credit documentation.

  • Evaluate borrower financial performance, liquidity, leverage, and repayment capacity.

  • Structure financing proposals, including loan terms, collateral requirements, guarantor support, and other risk-mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare detailed credit analyses and recommendations for approval.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to gather information and facilitate timely credit decisions.

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of transactions while maintaining service-level expectations.

  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and customer due diligence standards.

  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and customers to support long-term success.

Qualifications desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, banking, equipment finance, commercial lending, lease finance, portfolio management, or risk management.

  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and commercial credit principles.

  • Experience reviewing complex lending transactions and making risk-based recommendations.

  • Ability to analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and tax returns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
