    Job Summary: The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across engineering, manufacturing, service, and corporate functions. They serve as a partner to hiring managers and the initial point of contact introducing prospective employees ensuring a positive experience through the hiring process

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Full-Cycle Recruiting

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment for critical technical and operational roles, including CNC Programmers, Applications and Field Service Engineers, Automation, Robotics, and Controls Engineers, as well as manufacturing and corporate staff.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
    • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies tailored to technical and skilled trade talent pools.
    • Manage or oversee contract/agency recruiters as needed.

    Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

    • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, industry associations, trade schools, and networking events.
    • Build and maintain pipelines of hard-to-find talent, including CNC programmers, controls engineers, and manufacturing leaders.
    • Engage passive candidates using creative outreach and employer branding messaging.

    Candidate Experience & Evaluation

    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and career alignment.
    • Coordinate interviews and guide hiring teams through structured interview processes.
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
    • Assist in improving recruitment processes, tools, and employer brand presence.

    Internal Networking/Key relationships

    • Works closely and collaboratively with members of the HR team and hiring managers
    • May assist with projects and recruiting assignments as requested
    • Able to interface on a regular basis with employees at all levels of the organization

    Requirements

    Required Skill/Qualifications:

    • Minimum of five years of experience in full-cycle recruiting; at least three years in recruiting for technical or manufacturing related.
    • Prior experience recruiting robotics and automation engineers strongly preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems?
    • Proven track record of hiring top talent while meeting time and cost per hire goals
    • Ability to handle vacancies in a variety of departments and levels
    • Must be able to source candidates from multiple sources
    • Ability to lead and influence others through the recruiting process
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of state/federal laws and guidelines, as well as current immigration laws and processes
    • Strong sourcing and networking skills, especially for niche technical roles.
    • Ability to understand and translate technical job requirements into effective candidate searches.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
