    Job Description:
    • We are seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact, executive-sponsored events that strengthen employee engagement and support key business priorities.
    • This role is responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences through end-to-end project management, cross-functional collaboration, and flawless execution of complex corporate events in a fast-paced, global technology environment.
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive-sponsored events, engineering conferences, customer conferences, leadership meetings, and other large-scale corporate events.
    • Translate business objectives into engaging event concepts, agendas, and attendee experiences that reinforce company brand and messaging.
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and event communications.
    • Oversee venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management, including A/V, production, catering, transportation, registration, security, de cor, and logistics.
    • Create comprehensive event documentation, including run-of-show, production schedules, staffing plans, briefing materials, and operational playbooks.
    • Partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
    • Monitor event performance, resolve operational issues proactively, and drive continuous improvements to event processes and attendee experiences.
    Experience:
    • Experience managing end-to-end corporate events for 100 to 3,000 attendees within a fast-paced, global technology organization.
    • Proven experience leading executive-sponsored events, leadership meetings, engineering conferences, or customer-facing conferences.
    • Experience with enterprise event management platforms such as Cvent and internal communications tools such as Poppulo.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
    • Experience managing external vendors, venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and event logistics.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality employee and executive event experiences.
    • Experience managing event budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
    Skillsets:
    • Event analytics, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting
    • Supporting executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
    • Virtual and hybrid event formats
    Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
