Seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel (Real Estate) to support real estate transactions, leasing, development, zoning, and land use activities.
Will draft and negotiate legal documents, collaborate with outside counsel, and manage deal flow.
Responsible for non-real estate legal matters and commercial law as needed.
Requires a J.D., bar admission, and 3+ years of real estate/corporate legal experience.
