A reputable and growing, well-capitalized real estate investment organization is looking for a motivated Accounting Manager/Senior Accounting Manager for a highly visible corporate accounting role.$155K-$180K base + 20% annual bonusHybrid 3 days/week in officeThis role sits at the center of the business overseeing complex accounting across a large, national real estate portfolio and working closely with the Controller, CAO, and CFO.Highlights include: Ownership of month-end close and complex capital transactionsExposure to acquisitions, refinances, resyndications, and dispositionsLeadership of both onshore and offshore accounting teamsDevelop and implement new accounting processes and other strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
