Seeking a Senior Controls Manufacturing Engineer at our Orchard Park, NY facility, with an annual salary range of $86,000–$126,000, based on skills and experience.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical and semi-automated manufacturing systems, including PLC/HMI programming and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment, support safety and quality standards, and perform system commissioning and upgrades.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, engineering change orders, and CAPEX projects.
- Provide technical support, develop documentation, and train teams on control systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years PLC/HMI experience, with preferred skills in Rockwell applications, LabVIEW, robotics, and programming languages.
- Reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY; U.S. persons only.
- Preferred: additional automation skills, SCADA, and communication protocols.
