The Opportunity
BOOST LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts & Pricing Consultant to join our elite team of contracts professionals supporting a diverse portfolio of Government Contractor (GovCon) clients. This role is ideal for an experienced GovCon contracts and pricing professional role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment. You will manage multiple client engagements, provide pricing and compliance expertise, and mentor junior team—all within a collaborative, 100% remote structure.
Key Responsibilities
CONTRACTS:
Administer a variety of contracts, including OTAs, CPFF/CPAF/CPIF, FFP, FPAF, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA, and BOAs, both pre- and post-award.
Conduct external customer liaison activities, including attending meetings and leading discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance on competitive contracts, sole source awards, and directed prime and subcontract customer awards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Prepare responses for proposals, bids, estimating pricing and contract modifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Manage cradle-to-grave contract administration support.
Facilitate negotiations for proposals, contract modifications, and agreements.
Proactively identify and address potential non-compliance issues.
Coordinate various agreements and support documents with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract information in the contracts database.
Support and track contractual documentation and action items.
PRICING:
Review client inputs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Build pricing volumes in accordance with solicitation requirements.
Assist in negotiations related to pricing.
Interface with DCAA as needed and provide audit support.
Perform analysis on competitive costing and price trends.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted senior advisor for client contracts and pricing functions.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Team Development & Process Improvement
Mentor and train junior contract professionals, supporting their technical and professional growth.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
12+ years of full federal contracting life cycle management experience.
8+ years of hands-on GSA Schedule and contract/subcontract management experience.
4+ years of experience with proposal pricing, cost estimating, and modification support.
Proven track record as a client-facing lead in a consulting or GovCon contracts environment.
Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DCMA requirements.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and pricing acumen with the ability to advise on cost strategy.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with advanced Excel capabilities.
U.S. Citizenship required (no clearance needed).
Preferred
CPCM certification.
Experience implementing or utilizing contract lifecycle management tools.
Prior consulting or multi-client experience strongly preferred.

Competitive base salary: $135,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
