BOOST LLC is a management consulting firm built specifically for government contractors. We provide comprehensive back-office support across accounting and finance, contracts and procurement, pricing, human resources, recruiting, and cybersecurity compliance. Our team brings deep GovCon expertise across all of these disciplines, partnering with clients at every stage of their growth.
About the role
BOOST LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team of contracts administrators dedicated to supporting Government Contractor (GovCon) clients. This is a 100% remote role.
In this role, you will provide contracts management support to a portfolio of GovCon clients. This role demands someone who operates independently, manages competing priorities without losing quality, and takes ownership of their work. If you thrive in variety, enjoy solving real problems for real clients, and want the breadth of exposure that comes with supporting multiple GovCon companies at once — this role is built for you.
Key responsibilities
Client services delivery
- Apply extensive government contractual expertise to our clients, overseeing implementation, execution, and administration of a diverse range of contracts, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract awards.
- Review clients’ complex solicitations and prepare comprehensive responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services.
- Skillfully negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, contract modifications, and other agreements within delegated authority limits.
- Create contract briefs or summaries for awarded contracts/subcontracts highlighting key contract data in either a CLM tool or manually.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges before they escalate.
- Coordinate agreements, subcontracts, and other contract and program support documents with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.
- Manage and streamline daily work activities to ensure compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements.
What success looks like
- Client confidence — clients and stakeholders view you as a knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable contracts resource.
- Proactive compliance — non-compliance issues and contractual risks are identified and communicated before they become problems.
- Quality deliverables — agreements, modifications, and other documents are compliant, thorough, and well-supported.
- Team contribution — junior team members and client staff benefit from your mentorship and guidance.
