Continuous Improvement LeaderLead and champion a culture of continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites. Design and execute structured CI roadmaps using Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC methodologies. Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement initiatives. Use data and KPIs to prioritize projects and measure impact. Partner with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and HR to embed sustainable change. Develop and deliver CI training tools to elevate organizational capability. Communicate progress and results to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure all improvement efforts align with safety standards and company policies. Benchmark industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
