Position Summary
The Senior Consultant is a core member of the project team, providing day-to-day leadership on management consulting engagements for retail and supply chain clients, primarily working onsite at client locations. In this role, you will own workstream outcomes end-to-end (plan analysis recommendation implementation plan), provide technical guidance, manage client relationships and project activities, and ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables across workforce management, productivity improvement, engineered labor standards, and operational assessments. You will also manage and coach analysts/consultants while developing toward the Manager role, and travel as needed to support successful delivery of project deliverables. Senior Consultants are expected to independently lead workstreams and manage junior team members, while partnering with the Project Manager/Engagement Lead to ensure overall engagement success.
