Detailed Job Description:
The IVR QA Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and customer experience of Interactive Voice Response IVR systems. This role leads QA activities across IVR applications, voice platforms, speech recognition systems, call flows, integrations, and customer selfservice solutions.

Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years
Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering

The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
Design, develop, test, and maintain high performance, scalable, and secure Java applications
Handson experience with API creation, RAG, Vector databases
Build and maintain Microservices based architectures
