We&39re seeking a Senior Consultant Management Consulting in South Africa in Business Analysis practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
We are looking for highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst needed to bridge the gap between our clients business objectives and technological solutions. In this role you&39ll collaborate with stakeholders across our clients organization to identify opportunities for process improvement gather and analyze data and elicit requirements. You&39ll play a crucial role in driving business transformation initiatives and ensuring project success through analysis communication and stakeholder management.
YOU WILL
Conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models
Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
Create detailed functional specifications user stories and process flow diagrams
Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement
Facilitate meetings and workshop between technical teams and business stakeholders
Develop business cases and analyses for proposed solutions
Support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders ·
Create and maintain project documentation including requirements traceability matrices
IDEALLY WE&39D LIKE
5 years of experience in business analysis or similar role using business analysis tools and techniques
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops
High level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods
Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle including Agile methodologies and project management tools
Strong knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
CBAPBCS Diploma in Business Analysis preferred
