Minimum Requirements
Education:
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or any related field
Experience:
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling
  • Themed Parks / Immersive Entertainment experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Primavera P6 (Expert User)
  • Acumen Fuse (Advanced Analytics)
  • Power BI (Data Visualization & Dashboards)

Description:

  • Master Schedule Ownership: Develop, monitor, and update the owner's Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring the seamless integration of facility construction, ride systems, and show components.
  • Program Architecture: Establish the schedule management program and standardized deliverables to be utilized across large-scale capital programs.
  • Strategic Advisory: Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and data-backed recommendations for project sequencing and recovery.
  • Baseline Management: Prepare baseline schedules and comprehensive Schedule Basis documents for approval by project leadership.
  • Contractor Integration: Consolidate and validate various contractor schedules to incorporate them into the overarching IMS.
  • Forensic & Critical Path Analysis: Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities using Acumen Fuse to ensure schedule health (S2 Diagnostics) and logic credibility.
  • Corrective Action: Monitor schedule deviations and variances; proactively assist in the development of alternative methods and "what-if" scenarios for corrective action.
  • Performance Metrics: Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to measure project progress and productivity trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure accurate, timely data is incorporated.
  • Advanced Reporting: Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and complex schedule analysis using Power BI to translate P6 data into actionable executive dashboards.
  • Change Management: Maintain a rigorous record of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Assure the credibility and integrity of all information contained within the schedule.
