Senior Construction Sales Manager
Location: Pinellas County, Florida
An established and growing residential construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Sales Manager to lead, develop, and modernize an existing sales organization.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building structure, improving performance, coaching sales professionals, and creating accountability within a growing team. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands residential construction and home improvement sales, embraces technology, and can help take an established sales department to the next level.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership abilities with a proven background in consultative sales, relationship building, negotiation, and team development. You should be comfortable working with customers, coaching sales professionals, analyzing performance metrics, and driving results through process improvement and accountability.
