Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of senior-level project management for complex construction and infrastructure initiatives, with emphasis on DFW Airport projects
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Serve as primary point of contact for airport authorities, regulatory agencies, and key clients
Ensure strict compliance with airport-specific standards, safety protocols, and FAA regulations
Monitor project performance, conduct regular progress reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership
Drive value engineering, change management, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive project management experience in construction/infrastructure
Direct, hands-on experience managing projects at DFW Airport (required)
Proven track record delivering large-scale aviation or transportation projects
Strong knowledge of airport operations, FAA guidelines, and stakeholder management in airport environments
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
