Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress and any potential issues.
- Resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively.
- Review and manage contracts, invoices, and change orders as needed.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including project management and cost estimating, with a focus on commercial construction operations.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and consistently delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
- OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong background in project financial management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in project estimating, project delivery methods, and schedule management to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
