About the Opportunity

GOR Group is supporting a leading mission critical infrastructure organization seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead structured cabling and low-voltage field execution across complex infrastructure and data center construction projects.

This position is ideal for a strong field leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments where execution, coordination, production planning, and operational readiness directly impact project success.

You will oversee field operations across self-perform crews, subcontractors, Foremen, and field leadership teams while driving schedule performance, installation quality, room readiness, and turnover execution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems are delivered as fully integrated infrastructure solutions rather than isolated scopes of work.

From startup and planning through commissioning and turnover, you will maintain accountability for field execution, workforce coordination, productivity, and successful project delivery across mission critical environments.

  • Maintain strong onsite leadership presence to ensure alignment between planning assumptions and real-world field conditions

Turnover, Quality & Readiness

  • Support testing, commissioning, and turnover-driven project environments
  • Oversee punch list completion, testing validation, documentation tracking, and turnover readiness activities
  • Ensure installations align with project specifications, customer expectations, and quality standards
