We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.What you'll be challenged to do This position is responsible for reporting directly to construction sites to observe and document contractor's work conforms to contract requirements, maintaining project files/documentation, compiling and calculating quantities of work performed to be used in calculating monthly contractor payments, and interacting with clients on a regular basis.Responsibilities Prepare Daily ReportsPrepare Project Progress ReportsMonitor Quality Control TestingMeasure QuantitiesMonitor Contractor ProgressAssist with Payment Applications and Change OrdersAssist with Project Filing SystemPerform Constructability ReviewsAddress Technical issues in the fieldInspection Team LeaderWhat you will bring to our firm 10+ years of experienceAssociates Degree or 2+ years of continued higher education preferredInspection Team Leader (as directed).Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)OSHA Safety TrainingGood communication skillsMust possess a driver's license to fulfill the essential functions of the positionWhat we prefer you bring Preferred BS in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementPreferred Registered Professional EngineerNICET IV Certification PreferredACI Field Testing Certification PreferredCompensation The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000.
