Senior Consignment Acquisition Manager (Heavy Equipment & Fleet)

We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, organized and enthusiastic high-level, outside sales professional with industry experience to source and secure consignments for our weekly auctions.This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on:Contractors and grading companiesCities, counties, and public works departmentsFleet owners and operatorsYour responsibility will be to bring in quality equipment for our auctions that sells.What You'll Do Prospect, develop, and close new consignment accountsBuild long-term relationships that generate repeat businessIdentify surplus, gaining, or underutilized equipmentWork directly with ownership to grow auction volumeRepresent Fast Bid Auctions as a trusted partner in asset liquidationOpportunity to help shape the sales strategy for a rapidly expanding regional auction houseWhat We're Looking For 5+ years in heavy equipment, rentals, fleet, or auction salesExisting relationships in construction, rental, or public sectorStrong understanding of equipment values and market demandSelf-starter who can operate independently in the fieldProven ability to generate revenue through outside salesBased in California with a deep network across all regionsA “ready-to-go” book of business with contractors, fleet managers, or government agencies in the Western USWillingness to travel throughout the assigned territory for site visits and relationship buildingCompensation Strong commission on consignments soldBonus opportunities for volume and repeat accountsAbout Us Fast Bid Auctions is a rapidly growing, heavy equipment online auction company specializing in construction equipment, fleet vehicles, contractor, and farm & agricultural assets.
