Description:
The Compliance Manager role will report to the Sr. Director, Compliance Operations and will be instrumental in ensuring that the Compliance function''s several operations are successfully carried out and, where necessary, enhanced. The person in this role will manage key compliance programs, including but not limited to advisory operations to support business initiatives, training, third party due diligence, monitoring and risk, state and federal transparency reporting, and overall management of the Compliance Team''s operational objectives. This person will also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in effectiveness and efficiency of compliance function operations.

The base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $180,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company's good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
