What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to play a key role in shaping Acushnet’s global compensation strategy and guiding leaders in making informed, equitable pay decisions. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to address compensation challenges, lead small to medium‑scale projects, and drive initiatives such as benchmarking, market analysis, and incentive plan design. You will provide expert oversight of global compensation programs, partner with international HR Business Partners on survey participation and market competitiveness reviews and serve as a lead contributor to year‑end planning for merit and incentive cycles. This role also conducts in‑depth analyses on internal equity, salary compression, and external competitiveness while staying current on industry trends and best practices. With opportunities to manage additional compensation projects, this position offers a meaningful platform to influence global reward strategies and support Acushnet’s commitment to fair, competitive, and thoughtful compensation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certifications preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience administering and managing global compensation programs

  • Experience with benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design/maintenance, and survey management

  • Knowledge of global pay equity and pay transparency laws

  • Strong relationship‑building, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Solid understanding of compensation laws and best practices

  • Workday experience highly preferred

  • Experience with PayFactors/PayScale or similar compensation platforms

Pay Range: $113,646.00-$136,542.00
