Job Description
The University of Missouri System is seeking to fill two Senior Human Resources Consultant positions within the Compensation team. While each position has a unique area of emphasis, both serve as senior-level compensation professionals providing strategic consultation, analysis, and guidance on compensation programs, classification, salary structures, market benchmarking, workforce analytics, and compensation-related systems and processes.
One position will have greater emphasis on compensation data, market analysis, salary surveys, and compensation technology, while the other will focus more heavily on classification, job evaluation, job architecture, and compensation consulting. Both positions share a common compensation foundation and collaborate closely across the Compensation team.
These positions partner with HR professionals, institutional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision making, ensure consistent compensation practices, and advance system-wide compensation initiatives. Successful candidates will serve as subject matter experts in one or more areas of compensation, including market analysis, salary surveys, classification, job architecture, compensation program administration, and compensation technology solutions.
