Together, we are EXP.Are you ready to design your future?Be our nextSenior Commissioning Specialist/EngineerYour work environment at EXPIn this role, you will be a part of theEntertainment, Hospitality & Healthcare Buildingsteam, of theMEP Sector.What a day at EXP has in store for you Reviewing owner project requirements Performing design reviews Developing commissioning specifications Creating commissioning plans, checklists and tests Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests Working with contractors, in the field, to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing Writing field reports and final reports Creating Systems ManualsWhat your experience looks like 5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical engineering design, test and balance and / or building automation system check-out commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience Professional Engineering (P.E.)
