TempExperts is sourcing for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a respected Florida law firm in its Tampa, FL office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven transactional attorney with 46 years of commercial real estate experience to step into a high-impact role handling complex, high-value deals within a sophisticated and collaborative practice.
The ideal candidate is confident managing transactions end-to-end, comfortable with significant responsibility, and eager to contribute to a team that supports a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate clients, including multifamily, mixed-use, and development projects.
Position Overview:
This role offers substantial involvement in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and related financing matters. The attorney will work closely with senior lawyers and clients, playing a key role in structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing transactions efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions from inception through closing.
- Support development projects, including financing structures and related regulatory considerations.
- Draft and negotiate joint venture, partnership, and development agreements.
- Work on multifamily, mixed-use, and other complex commercial real estate projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
- Coordinate multiple components of transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
- Conduct detailed due diligence and comprehensive document review.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, brokers, and other transaction stakeholders.
- Apply strong business judgment to align legal strategies with client objectives.
Requirements/Education:- 46 years of commercial real estate transactional experience required.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills required.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and deadline management abilities required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment required.
- Active admission to practice law in the State of Florida required.
