Move Forward With VOLTVolt is immediately hiring for Senior Commercial Insurance Specialistin Dallas TX.As a Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst you will Commercial Insurance Specialist experience Conduct review of loan documents on all new loans as it relates to insurance requirements. Notify borrowers of expirationsdeficiencies where insurance does not comply with loan documents. Audit insurance renewals completing comparison against the Insurance Module and documents received. Communicate with insurance agencies prior servicers andor borrowers to obtain evidence of renewal of certificatespoliciespolicy endorsements. Complete insurance disbursements as needed. Assist BorrowersAgents re incoming inquiries involving insurance disputes insurance requirements premium payments and cancellation notices. Identify loans where expired insurance requires force placed insurance. Communicate with Asset Management and Servicing as necessary. Keep manager updated on problems issues and production flow.EDUCATION andor EXPERIENCE• Bachelors Degree or Insurance license equivalent a plus need a minimum of five years related commercial insurance experience andor training or combination of education and experience. Experience with HUD Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac a plus.• Position requires a detailed understanding of loan terms complex loan documents capital structures pooling investor reporting and servicing agreements servicing functions and process flows.• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to perform in a strong customer-oriented team environment utilizing strong leadership skills professionalism and teamwork.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
