Senior Commercial HVACR Field Troubleshooting Specialist
A day in the life
You start from home, truck stocked and organized, dispatching to a Charlotte retail site where a rooftop unit is short-cycling. You connect with operations through our field app, isolate the cause on a 20+ ton RTU, complete the repair, and document crystal-clear notes before heading to an office building to service a water-source heat pump. Midday, you handle a maintenance visit that includes a chilled-water fan coil check, then provide light install support on a small commercial split system. Before you wrap, you tidy the vehicle, finish accurate service tickets, and prepare for the on-call rotation later in the week.
