Your role:

  • Build scalable analytics products including leadership dashboards, business reviews, customer-ready presentations, deep dives, and recurring performance views.
  • Lead advanced MMM (Market Mix Modelling) implementation and application, translating outputs into recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness, ROI measurement, and growth planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive action, using AI-enabled tools and clear storytelling to accelerate insights, simplify complex analyses, and influence decisions across Sales, Marketing, Category, RGM, Finance, S&OP, Global teams, and senior leadership.

You're the right fit if:

Youre a strong communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive action and influence senior leadership.
  • Your skills include hands-on experience with US/CA data analytics, POS data, panel data, and retailer data, with expertise in Circana, and proven experience managing MMM analysis and application.
  • You are proficient in practical AI use cases for analytics productivity, insight generation, automation, visualization, and storytelling while following data governance standards.
  • You have a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, strong presentation and influencing skills, and high-level expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You can synthesize multiple data sources into simple, compelling stories, translating business issues into analytic frameworks, recommendations, and next steps.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
