Senior Cold-Formed Steel Wall Panel Designer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cold-Formed Steel Wall Panel Designer with a strong background in prefabricated cold-formed load-bearing metal wall panels. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare material takeoffs and project estimates.
- Complete project bidding and buyout activities.
- Interpret and review commercial construction blueprints.
- Design and coordinate prefabricated cold-formed steel wall panel systems.
- Manage projects from estimating through completion.
- Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle, including post-delivery support.
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Manage multiple active projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience with Cold-Formed Steel Components.
- Extensive knowledge of:
- Prefabricated cold-formed load-bearing metal wall panels
- Commercial metal framing
- Blueprint reading
- Material takeoffs
- Estimating & bidding
- Project buyout
- Project management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Software Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
Software experience is flexible. We're more interested in finding someone with the right industry knowledge and the ability to successfully perform the role.
